Mirror Lake
First, I created an origami icosahedron using The Complete Book of Origami Polyhedra by Tomoko Fuse. Then, I took some pictures of it with my phone and a mirror to capture the reflection.

I had a completely different idea at first, but in the meantime, I read the book Karma by Sadhguru, and this sentence really gave me another perspective:
"...the atomic and the cosmic, the individual and the universal, mirror each other on every level."
The object hovers above the lake, whose surface is like a flawless mirror. In it, we see the reflection of the icosahedron and the vast universe—the moon and stars. The fish appears only in the painting, as I felt there needed to be something between them to separate the two dimensions. The forest in the background is also mirrored in the water to give a greater sense of space.
Here it is—another painting for one of my husband’s songs 😊❤️
