Boro, Goblin of the Mountain

I started this painting back in November 2024 and just wrapped it up on January 26th. This grinning goblin, Boro, obviously lives in the mountains, in a cave, probably tinkering away and looking for things to work on. This is my first finished painting that I’m actually happy with, and it took me almost 40 hours to get it slightly right. There are definitely some beginner mistakes, but that's cool—it’s just the first step in my journey to becoming a better artist. I learned a ton along the way. The idea for this trippy goblin came from my husband, who made a song called “Boro, Goblin of the Mountain". Since we love creating together, we thought, why not bring Boro to life? So... I took on the challenge of painting him to match the song, which has not been released yet.
